Refund & Credit Policy

Fee Structure Overview

IntroFlows operates on a hybrid model consisting of:

  1. One-Time Onboarding, Market Mapping & Setup Fee
    This fee covers initial strategy, ICP definition, market research, system setup, outreach planning, and allocation of internal resources.

  2. Prepaid Introductions
    Clients prepay for a defined number of curated introductions.

    • Standard engagement: 5 introductions per month

    • Introductions are delivered on a rolling basis and carried forward if needed.

Onboarding & Setup Fees

All onboarding, market mapping, and setup fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable.

This fee compensates for:

  • Strategic planning and customization

  • Market research and ICP validation

  • System configuration and internal preparation

  • Opportunity cost and resource allocation


Work begins immediately upon payment.

Prepaid Introductions

Payments for introductions are earned upon delivery, not upon booking, closing, or outcome.

  • IntroFlows does not guarantee sales, contracts, revenue, or conversion outcomes.

  • Introductions are considered delivered once a qualified introduction has been made in accordance with the agreed criteria.

Monthly Billing & Carryover

  • Clients are billed monthly for introductions.

  • If all prepaid introductions from a prior billing period have not yet been delivered, IntroFlows will pause additional monthly billing until the outstanding introductions are fulfilled.

  • Undelivered introductions automatically roll forward and remain credited to the client.

Refunds on Undelivered Introductions

IntroFlows maintains a no-refund policy as a standard practice.

However, in the event that:

  • A client relationship is terminated, and

  • One or more prepaid introductions remain undelivered,

IntroFlows may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund or credit for the undelivered introductions only.

Important clarifications:

  • Any refund consideration applies only to prepaid, undelivered introductions

  • Onboarding, setup, strategy, and delivered introductions are never refundable

  • Refunds, if granted, are not automatic, guaranteed, or precedent-setting

Exclusions

Refunds or credits will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind or shifting priorities

  • Internal delays or lack of responsiveness

  • Sales outcomes, close rates, or ROI expectations

  • Client-side scheduling issues or follow-through


By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Fees are structured around access, strategy, and curated introductions—not guaranteed outcomes

  • Onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable

  • Prepaid introductions are fulfilled on a rolling basis, with billing paused—not refunded—if delivery is pending
